How do i get the program to actually create the folders?

I was able to inport my list of folder names as a text file and see the folders in the right hand pane, but cannot
find them anywhere on the hard drive. How do i get the program to actually create the folders?

Thanks for your questions, here is few step on how to find place the folders is created...
You can also click in the folders in right pane after they has be created and take you to this folder.
or if you first click on ''Browse'' button or you can drag and drop folder directly in ''Start in:'' path
field for adding a destination there folders will be created...

Thank you so much. I exported my list to .csv and then used a find replace function to remove the commas.
