1. Browse or search after file "SYSOC.INF" location is "C:\WINNT\INF\sysoc.inf" or "C:\WINDOWS\INF\sysoc.inf"

2. Edit this sysoc.inf file in Notepad and find line: msmsgs=msgrocm.dll,OcEntry,msmsgs.inf,hide,7 Remove hide and now line look like this: msmsgs=msgrocm.dll,OcEntry,msmsgs.inf,,7 save file and exit notepad...
